Traveling again

Daniel finished out the semester at the university and informed them, with some regret evident, that he would not be returning for summer sessions and probably not in the fall either. He was happy with his decision because he wanted time with Methos. He'd taught for a year but the whole thing with Brian had bothered him a lot and he didn't really feel safe out in the open so to speak; not that he was going to tell that to his husband, though. He didn't want Methos to worry about him.

He left campus and headed to the coffee shop/bookstore that his husband was leaving in the capable hands of his store manager until they returned to Spain. Leaving the things from his office inside the car, Daniel stepped out and headed into the store, searching for his husband behind the counter. The place was incredibly busy, as usual. Daniel's smiled slipped a little. He hoped he wasn't being selfish by taking Methos away from this... maybe he should have given this more thought....

Daniel gave a soft groan as he slid fully inside of his husband before he set up a slow, steady rhythm of movement between them, returning that kiss just as passionately.

His legs wrapped around Daniel's waist urging him on, his hips undulating to add more friction. Methos cursed out in Egyptian. Gods, it felt so good.

Daniel moved in and out of Methos slowly, wanting to take his time this morning just as his husband had done with him the night before.

He looked up at his husband with loving, but lust filled eyes, hips moving in time to Daniel's slow movements.

Daniel gave a soft groan at that look in his husband's eyes before leaning in to nuzzle the side of Methos' neck gently, his movements speeding up just a little.

Methos gasped, eyes closing in pleasure, as he let the feeling wash over him. He started to mutter a series of loving phrases in Ancient Egyptian.

Daniel smiled, the action likely felt against the skin at his husband's neck as he responded to each phrase in the same language as well.

He smiled too, hips meeting his thrusts with a bit more insistence now.

Daniel took the hint and began thrusting harder and deeper inside of his husband, shifting to cover Methos' mouth in a searing kiss.

Methos let out a rumbling noise that emanated from his chest, clearly enjoying the things that Daniel was doing to him. His hands clutched at his husband, his kiss deepening.

He continued stepping up his movements a little more after every couple of minutes until he was practically slamming into his husband so hard and deep, he knew if Methos had been mortal, his husband would be bruised.

Crying out at the brutal pace, it didn't take long until Methos was spilling his seed between them and calling out Daniel's name.

Daniel ame a moment later, crying out his husband's name as he spilled deep within the older man.

"I love you," he whispered softly.

"And I you." Methos answered back, pulling Daniel against him.

Daniel settled against him with a contented sigh and glanced out the nearby bedroom window with a smile.

"I do so love this place," he said softly. "It's almost how I feel when I'm in Egypt, like I'm living part of a history book. Does that make sense?"

"It does." Methos said, watching Daniel more than the view out the window.

Daniel curled in closer before turning his head to kiss Methos softly.

"Shower then breakfast before we hewd out for the day?"

"Yes, that sounds wonderful." he smiled, "We're going to the Temple of Apollo today, correct?

Daniel nodded as he sat up and reached for the phone at the bedside table. "You go start the shower and I'll call down for food. Anything specific you want?"

"Surprise me." he winked as he sat up to head to the shower.

Daniel chuckled softly and picked up the phone, calling downstairs to place their breakfast order - black tea and coffee along with honeyed yogurt and fruit - before heading into the shower to join his husband. He stepped in behind Methos and slid his hands along the older man's back and shoulders.

"Breakfast will be here in about half an hour," he said softly.

"Half an hour, you say?" he grinned, craning his neck back to kiss him, "Think we have time?"

Daniel chuckled, returning the kiss softly as he did so.

"Don't we always?" he whispered as he moved around in front of his husband, nipping at his neck just beneath his ear.

He smiled as he pressed Daniel against the wall of the shower, hand's running over his husband's chest, "We always find the time."

Daniel gave a low groan at that, eyes closing as he tilted his head back and pulled Methos even closer.

"I'm certainly not complaining," he whispered softly.
