Traveling again

Daniel finished out the semester at the university and informed them, with some regret evident, that he would not be returning for summer sessions and probably not in the fall either. He was happy with his decision because he wanted time with Methos. He'd taught for a year but the whole thing with Brian had bothered him a lot and he didn't really feel safe out in the open so to speak; not that he was going to tell that to his husband, though. He didn't want Methos to worry about him.

He left campus and headed to the coffee shop/bookstore that his husband was leaving in the capable hands of his store manager until they returned to Spain. Leaving the things from his office inside the car, Daniel stepped out and headed into the store, searching for his husband behind the counter. The place was incredibly busy, as usual. Daniel's smiled slipped a little. He hoped he wasn't being selfish by taking Methos away from this... maybe he should have given this more thought....

Daniel was quiet for a few minutes before looking over at his husband.

"maybe later tonight, once it's dark, we can walk down by the water?"

"Of course." he ran his fingers idly along Daniel's shoulder.

Daniel shivered at that touch, eyes closing a little as he enjoyed the way Methos' fingers felt against his still slightly sensitive skin.

Smiling, Methos continued to touch him, then leaned in to press his lips against Daniel's throat.

Daniel gave a softer groan and nodded slowly, tilting his head as Methos kept kissing and touching him.

Daniel gave a soft groan, shivering as Methos touched him and sucked against his neck. One hand stole into the back of his husband's hair, fingers playing with the strands of Methos' hair.

"Gods... don't even think of stopping..."

Daniel gave a soft groan at that, his fingers tightening a little in the back of his husband's hair once more, doing everything he could to encourage Methos to continue with what he was doing.
