Getting Caught

Daniel had left Colorado feeling both content and torn. He missed Methos and he knew the older man would laugh at him for being so sentimental. He carried the glock everywhere he went, keeping it well hidden on himself. Even in the museum he kept it in a shoulder holster for fear that his teammates or someone worse might come looking for him.

He'd been in New York for almost two weeks when he started packing up to get ready to leave for Egypt. He'd already sent several boxes ahead and they'd be at his home there by the time he arrived. He packed up the last of Methos' journals in a duffel bag and slung it over his shoulder as he headed out of the museum and headed for the hotel where he'd been staying. He wasn't paying a whole lot of attention to his surroundings and therefore didn't realize he was being followed. He entered the Plaza hotel and made for the elevator which took him to the tenth floor. Stepping out of the elevator, he headed three doors down to his suite and swiped the card to unlock the door. Inside, he set the bag to one side, closed the door behind him and headed further into the room. He had just turned towards the mini-bar when pain exploded in his head and he was out cold.


When he woke, it was dark in the room except for a couple of low lights that weren't clsoe to him. He tried to move and realized he was bound to the bed. What the hell...

"Hello?"

"You know, it's taken me a while to figure out where the hell you disappeared to," came a familiar voice. "I don't like having to track you down, Daniel. You know I'm not a patient man."

"Screw you, Jack," Daniel growled out angrily. "I don't work for you or your government anymore. Now let me go and get the hell out of here before I forget we every had a friendship and I just kill you myself."

"Why Daniel... I think you're angry. Look, just... tell me what I want to know and all of this can stop. You have my word..."

Daniel shook his head. He didn't believe that for a moment. He should have just gone straight to the airport. For a brief moment, he wondered where Methos might be... or what he might do if he found Daniel like this...

Oh that sound... it made Daniel shiver in anticipation, the way the older man growled as Daniel's fingers tightened into his back. He wondered... and his next move was to allow his nails to scrape down the immortal's back and he watched - and listened - to see what that might illicit from his lover.

The nails set Methos into a frenzy. His thrusts became damn near violent, his face and mannerisms became hungered and full of animalistic passion. He let out a guttural shout of need and pure unadulterated lust.

And damn if that didn't just send a surge of lust through Daniel as each thrust drove him closer and closer to that edge.

"Gods, Methos... please..." he pleaded softly for more, one hand shifting to take his lover's hand in his own, bringing Methos down closer to him to kiss him.

He kissed him, not slowing up for a second, "Daniel--" The muscles of Methos' back and ass clenched and tightened at the end of every downward stroke.

Between one thrust and the next, Daniel came hard, crying out his lover's name as he did so, his free hand digging even more into Methos' back, likely drawing blood but he knew his lover could heal incredibly fast...

Seeing that he'd made Daniel come, and the hand digging painfully into his back, made Methos come undone. One more stroke and then he was coming, spilling into Daniel and shouting out in pleasure.

Daniel clung to him tightly, burying his face into the side of Methos' neck as pleasure continued to course through his body and he felt himself tighten around his lover before his body started to relax once more.

"Oh gods, Methos..." he whispered harshly against his lover's neck. "That was just.... fuck... I don't even have words..."

It took a moment before Methos was even coherent enough to speak. His hands clutched Daniel's head against him. The words just spilled from his mouth.

"I love you, Daniel."

And those were words he'd never thought to hear from the immortal and Daniel, taking his cue from those words and the way his heart seemed to stop at hearing them, could do nothing more but answer in kind.

"I love you too, Methos," he whispered softly just beneath the elder's ear, the hand on his lover's back coming up to stroke along the back of the older man's head. "So very much."

Upon hearing the words back, he pulled Daniel into a passionate kiss.

Daniel easily and willingly gave over to that kiss, hands slipping through his lover's hair, the silken strands falling through his fingers so easily. He pulled back from that kiss and looked up at Methos, his gaze soft but completely open.

"Are we far enough out to settle for the night or did you want to get further away from the coastlines?"

"We're far enough out." he said, cupping Daniel's cheek. He traced the lines of his face with a thumb, wanting to memorize every last inch of him.

Daniel watched him, smiling up at him softly, letting Methos touch him however he wanted.

"I've missed your touch," he admitted quietly. "Or, rather, the way you touch me... especially like this. No one has every touched me or treated me the way you do... and you've only known me a few weeks..."

"No one?" Methos repeated, in surprise, "I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times... the world is full of fools."

He kissed him as he turned to lay on his back, pulling Daniel to rest on his stomach.

Daniel smiled and was quick to settle himself against his lover, half draped across Methos' upper body. He dropped his chin onto his hands which rested against his lover's chest and fixed him with an almost innocent gaze.

"And you do not suffer fools lightly do you, my dear immortal?"

"No, not at all." he agreed, with an amused smile. Methos ran his hands up and down Daniel's back.

"Hmmm... good to know," he said, tilting his head and resting his cheek just over the slow beating heart beneath his lover's chest. He gave a soft, almost purring sound, as he felt those hands sliding up and down along his back.

"Like that?" he drew his hands across him slower and languidly.

"Oh yes," he whispered softly, pressing in a little more against the elder's body. "You have found my weakness..."

He rubbed his shoulders then rubbed down his back, "Hmm.... I'll have to remember it."

"Something tells me you don't forget much," Daniel teased softly, one hand moving around his chest, fingers drawing idle figures as he did so.

"So... have you been to Morocco before?" he asked quietly.

"No, much no." he agreed, his hands still roaming Daniel's back.

Methos laughed at the question, "There are very few places left in the world I haven't been."

Daniel sat up, shifting to where he was straddling his lover, watching him intently.

"So why not pick a place you've never been because I'm pretty sure it'll be a place I haven't been as well. I've been to Egypt... that's about it. Unless you think Morocco's going to be safer. Speaking of... guess I should think of a new identity, huh?"

Methos sighed through his nose, "The only places left are places I have no desire to go to. And places we'd more than likely get shot in. Or places in Siberia that are too damned cold. I like the Mediterranean and places nearby the equator."

"And yes, you should. You should start thinking of a name and work on your Arabic and French. Make your accent less noticeable, so as not to stand out."

"Arabic and French are like second languages to me. I speak both very fluently and my accent is affected when I speak them. Not to worry there. The only thing I have to worry about is choosing a new name. Not something I'm good at... Just have to think of something you won't forget."

The last was said in a teasing manner before he leaned down and kissed the elder softly, hands sliding up and down along his chest now.
